Convert indicator to EA

Hello im looking to create this indicator to be used as an EA for metatrader 5.

I would like to it to enter as soon as it detects a price point and close when it reaches another price point based off of the photos. 

please can the lenth be set to 20 for more accurate price points ? on default settings it will long term trend but im looking for an EA that pick up the short term trends for easy exits and entries.

i would like the fixed lot size to be adjusted, sl and tp in the settings menu.
