Convert TradingView Pine Script to MT5 EA (M15 only, strict rules)

I have an existing TradingView Pine Script.

I will provide the Pine Script source code after agreement.

Goal:
Convert the logic into MT5 (MQL5) and build an EA.

Phase 1:

• Create MT5 indicator that matches TradingView signals (M15 only)

Phase 2:

• Build EA with strict execution rules:

  • max 4 trades total

  • one trade per symbol

  • gold lot limit (max 0.02 total)

  • reversal logic (close then open opposite)

  • no re-entry after manual close

  • no signal queue

Timeframe:

• All signals must come ONLY from M15

• No higher timeframe logic inside EA

Additional:

• simple EA panel (Buy/Sell)

• trade statistics (auto vs manual)

Important:

• do NOT change strategy logic

• only convert and execute rules

Please confirm experience with Pine Script to MQL5 conversion.

Accuracy of signals must match TradingView as closely as possible.

Preferred:
Developer from Balkan / ex-Yugoslavia region (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, etc.) for easier communication.

But not mandatory if you have strong experience with Pine Script to MQL5 conversion.
