Make an ea based on parabolic sar, moving avarages and rsi

 i want an ea based on my spacifictions ,when both moving avarages crosses above the candles  and the candle is bearish parabolic sar dot and rsi below level 50 it open positions on sell and when it crosses below the candle and bullish candle is formed  parabolic sar dot has to be below price candle also the rsi level line has to above 50.if i gain certain profit then close trade and if in certain lose close all positions all indictors must point same direction , take trade per second  sar dot on market direction work currency indeces and coins number of trade=0 lot size=0 display profits or loses. close all button ,all indictors must be adjustable name it PROMISED EA
