I need two mql5 indicator files (ICS_TOP & ICS_BOTTOM) exactly as mentioned in the specification with an alert by email and mobile along with display of graphical object as as shown in image.

Kindly see read it the requirement as i attached all the details.

I do not want you to say later  "increase the budget as it taking more time to finish or difficult work "..
