Looking for a developer to develop me a MT5 EA that uses MTF candle integration to place trades.

The EA places pending 2 orders at a determined distance for example 50pips apart

the EA must place buy stop order and sell stop order when ever the current candle touches the shadow/wick of the 1 week MTF candle.

time frame must be on 15 minutes the MTF candle must be set to 1 week candle. 

if buys stop is triggered for example, the remaining pending order must be deleted after a set time in hours.

i need the EA to have the following things

MTF Candle Integration 
  - Automatic loading of 1-week MTF candles on 15-minute main chart
 - Entry confirmation logic: Price must touch weekly shadow first
  - Configurable martingale multiplier (2x, 4x, custom)
  - Professional Dashboard Panel with
  - Real-time statistics (current trades, profit/loss, win rate, etc.)
  - Money Management System
  - Trailing stop functionality
  - Auto lot size calculation based on account balance
