Trading Panel for MT5 (EA)

I would like to create a simple trading panel (EA) that will be displayed directly in the chart and will allow opening both market and pending orders. The panel should contain input fields for lot size, distance in pips from the current price for pending orders, and values for stop loss and take profit. The user should be able to select, via checkboxes, which pending order types to place (Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Limit, Sell Limit), in any combination.

The panel should also include buttons for opening immediate market positions (Buy Market, Sell Market) and a button for placing pending orders according to the entered values and the selected types. All orders, both market and pending, must be automatically placed with stop loss and take profit according to the values specified in the panel. The distance parameter must be clearly defined as pips, and orders must be placed consistently according to the current Bid/Ask price. For each selected pending order type, only one order should be placed.

The panel should be simple, clear, and ideally positioned on the left side of the chart. A basic design is sufficient.
