Custom MT5 Expert Advisor with Source Code (.mq5) based on Indicator

I need a professional Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 with the following requirements:

1. Source code (.mq5) must be delivered (not only .ex5).
2. Trading logic:
   - The EA should take signals from an indicator (e.g. IQ Gold Gann Levels or similar).
   - Buy = long signal, Sell = short signal.
   - Timeframes: M15 and H1.
3. Risk Management:
   - Maximum loss per trade: 100 € (lot size auto-calculated).
   - Profit target per trade: +200–300 € (TP = RR 2.0–3.0).
   - Fixed Stop Loss and Take Profit.
   - Maximum 3–5 trades per day, but minimum 2.
4. Optional filters (must be switchable on/off):
   - EMA200 trend filter (only Buy above EMA200, only Sell below).
   - ATR filter for volatility (min/max ATR).
   - Session filter (e.g. 08:00–22:00 CET).
5. Other requirements:
   - EA must work in Strategy Tester (backtest-capable).
   - Clear input parameters (risk per trade, RR, session times, filters).

Budget: 150–500 USD (depending on complexity).
Deadline: 7–14 days.
