Place Trades Automatically From Indicator

I have purchased an MT4 Indicator from MQL5 & need an EA that can open the trades automatically from the signals it provides. It send notifications with the Buy or Sell plus the TP & SL. I want to use the TP1 for take profit. 

I have the push notifications set so I get the signals to my phone and they appear like this in the MT4 journal:
