EA trading 15M ORB and multiple VWAPs

Ea should produce buy order after the following is met :

1. London open 10-10:15 AM (UTC +3) range is broken with closed candle value above high of range 

2. New York open 16:30-16:45 AM (UTC +3) range is broken with closed candle value above high of range

3. Previous day VWAPs anchored to 5min open candle of London and New York shown chart

4. Today VWAPs anchored to 5 min open candle of London and New York shown on chart

5. Buy signal to be able to choose to be generated on close of following timeframe candles 1Min, 2Min or 5Min

6. If candle of a candle of the timeframes mentioned above closes with value above high of each of the two ranges (London and New York) and the value is above daily VWAP and anchored VWAPs as i described previously to generate buy signal

Same logic for sell trades applies but reverse 

EA should include custom TP and SL fixed value in points. Of course manual close should be allowed as well.
