Looking for MQL5 Developer – Creation of an Expert Advisor (EA)

Hello,

I’m looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to create a fully functional Expert Advisor (EA).

✅ Objective

Develop an EA for MetaTrader 5 that includes the following features:

  • Automatic reopening of trades after TP or SL

  • Fixed lot or capital-based lot sizing (% risk per trade)

  • Trading hours management (based on UTC)

  • Automatic filtering of high-impact economic news via public API

  • Integrated dashboard with key statistics (P/L, expectancy, win rate, etc.)

  • ATR-based filter to manage volatility


💡 The requested functions are relatively basic (TP/SL, distance between orders, fixed or variable lot size, etc.) for a developer familiar with structured MQL5 EAs.

📦 Deliverables expected:

  • Readable and well-commented .mq5 source code

  • Fully compiled and functional .ex5 file

📋 A complete specification document is provided, including:
