Install hotkeys in my Metatrader 5

Im looking for a programmer who can install hotkeys in my Meta trader 5.

I need following hotkeys:

Close all postions Set orders to brake even Set orders to TP1 Order 0.1 lot Order 0.3 lot Order 0.5 lot Order 1 lot Also the orders need to have automatically TP's wich different.

Are you able to help me?

Do you have any other smart suggestions for my scalping strategy?
