Edit to my EA alerting system

I have an EA which I would like to edit:


I would like the Date and time section to be applied to Alerts and Trades.  


I want to changes the alerting system on my EA. I have two sections. Trigger and entry both consist of a number of patterns. Trigger is based on a higher time frame and the entry is the lower time frame. What I want is to be alerted when the entry candle is within the trigger candle. Example if the hour candle created a selected pattern eg engulfing candle. I want to be alerted or trade if of one of the entry candle patterns is within the trigger candle. The hour candle is formed at 09:00 which means the entry candle pattern would have had to been formed between 08:00 and 09:00.


From there example there is an hour candle Bullish Engulfing Candle.  Dropped to the 30 min and Another Engulfing candle so I would like to be alerted.
