The indicator must:
1. Recognize a bull tendency above the clouds (ignore the candles inside the Kumo).
2. Isolate a determinated number of bullish segments (for example, we could use the last 10 bullish segments, but this number should be modificated as we adjust)
3. Detect the highest candle of each bullish segment
4. Measure the distance (in points) between the close of this highest candle and the Kumo below (regardless of whether it is senkou span A or B. I need the extremity of the cloud below)
5. Calculate the simple average of these distances acquired in the last bullish segments determinated in (2)
6. Now trace a line that is parallel to the superior extremity of the Kumo (it must follow the cloud, regardless of whether it is senkou span A or B) with the fixed distance of this simple average acquired in (5)
7. Do the same with the bearish tendencies
