Looking for Good Developer to Modify my MT4 and MT5 EAs

I have two EAs, an MT4 and MT5. These EAs are very aggressive and I love their work. However, they rely on pullbacks in the market to make profit. When the market experiences a long spike, they are unable to keep up. This usually results in blowing of account. I am looking for a good developer who can design a code in the EAs to alert them of an incoming long spike. So, that the EAs would avoid taking positions in the market. Alternatively, the good developer can developer another EA or software which would scan the market to detect long spikes before they occur. Such a software would then alert the EA so that it can avoid taking new positions. Also, I want the MT4 converted to MT5. Please, note that I don't have the source codes.
