Custom MT5 Coding

I would like MT5 code with two functions, ideally 2 separate pieces of code (very clear and error free) so I can easily combine it with other functions to create a complete EA (on my own). First function: Look for current trend (up/down) and draw a colored line on the chart to indicate the current trend. Second function: Look for Double top/bottom pattern, and draw a colored line/box on the chart whenever a double/top bottom appears.

I would like to be able to change the parameters a little (like a trend running for 10 minutes before considered valid or change it to 25 minutes if I want), or time between double bottoms either 10 minutes or 20 if I want. I would also like to get some good historical data for a couple years to test on. Please give me an estimated price and we can get started.

The MT5 code I paid another developer for clearly identifies up/down trends and successfully finds price consolidations (and draws colored boxes on the chart when it finds a consolidation.) It allows me to edit all the parameters, which is what I want. Only problem is I no longer wish to use the strategy this EA trades, but I want to extract the logic that finds trends, since it works really well. And the logic that governs consolidations works very well too, so with a few small changes might be suitable for finding double tops/bottoms.
