Convert TradingView Indicators to MT4 & Create EA (Read Full Description Before Applying)

I am seeking experts who can convert/create TradingView indicators (Pine Script) into MT4 indicators and develop an EA.

Conditions:

Convert 3 TradingView (Pine Script) indicators to Metatrader 4 and make an EA with the strategy written below.
The converted MT4 indicators must have the same functionality and work 100% identically same as TradingView indicators.
When the converted MT4 indicators are applied to a chart, they must match the TradingView chart output exactly.
Please read and fully understand the description before applying. Only apply if you are confident you can handle the project.

Trend Strength Index
Trend Trader Strategy (HPotter)
Trend Indicator A-V2 (DZIV)

Strategy: Sell
The Trend Trader Strategy indicator crosses below the market.
The strip line of the Trend Indicator A-V2 turns red.
The Trend Strength Index line is below the zero line.
When these conditions are met, the EA opens a sell order.

Default SL: Support level of the Trend Trader Strategy indicator.
Default TP: 1.5x the SL.

Strategy: Buy
The Trend Trader Strategy indicator crosses above the market.
The strip line of the Trend Indicator A-V2 turns green.
The Trend Strength Index line is above the zero line.
When these conditions are met, the EA opens a buy order.

Default SL: Support level of the Trend Trader Strategy indicator.
Default TP: 1.5x the SL.

Security Features:
The source code should include restrictions for EA usage.
Security measures must restrict use to specified account numbers and include an expiry date.
If the EA expires or is used with the wrong account, it should display the message:
"Error: Please Contact WhatsApp: +8801712888244"

Broker Terminal Time  : 15:00 to 21:00 (detect time from broker terminal time)
Close All Before Market Closed : True/False (if true , close all trades at 23:30 terminal time)
