Min range candlestick zone detectir

This is a MQL4 job, i need an indictor and EA base on the same trading strategy

I use 28 Nov, BTCUSD as an example

Step 1: identify the min range candlestick, in this example, the definition of the min range candlestick is H - L => 90000 pips 

Step 2: if the following 7 candlesticks Open and Close (not High and Low) does not break the High and Low, then form a colored candlestick zone

Step 3: Alert by messagebox and email

And the above is the indicator, and the following is EA, the first 3 steps are the same

Step 1: identify the min range candlestick, the definition is H - L => 90000 pips 

Step 2: if the following 7 candlesticks Open and Close (not High and Low) does not break the High and Low, then form a colored candlestick zone

Step 3: Alert will be sent by messagebox in the chart and email

Step 4: After the candlestick zone, if any Close of candlestick breakthrough the High and Low of the candlestick zone , then it will become the signal candle, a Buy Stop at the High of the signal candle wil be set (if break upward, for Sell, vice versa)

Step 5: For buy trade, Cut Loss will be the Low of  the candlestick zone; For sell trade, Cut Loss will be the High of  the candlestick zone.

Step 6: Target Profit will be Cut Loss X 200%

Step 7: If the trade execute, alert will be sent by messagebox in the chart and email

Step 8: If the next candlestick zone form, and there is still unexecute trade, then the unexecute  trade  will be canceled 

Other extra points

 1. Keep flexibility by using ‘extern’ or other way you think appropriate for the following item:

- The number of pips for min range candlestick

- The number of candlestick for candlestick zone 

- The percentage of Target Profit on Cut Loss

- Posiition 

2. I want i can select the color of candlestick zone  too

3. Pls keep the code as simple as possible and it need to apply different product and  the EA will need to run in backtesting
