Recovery zone Hedging strategy

I need high skilled deveper...the strategy is pending orders within the candles.The first 1hr candle in daily candlestick high and low of the 1hr candle when the previous candle closed so the robot should work on each time frame.. let's say on daily timeframe, when previous daily candle closed then the robot should open pending on high and low after 1hr candle finished in new daily candle but should be an option either pending orders to be on the first 1hr candle or 4hr candle within the new daily candlestick.. so the strategy should work on that way on each timeframe... by starting on Monthly candles pending order should be on the first daily candle or on second candle, weekly pending orders should be at the first 4hr candle or second or third or fourth candle, daily candle pending orders should be on first candle or fourth candle (4hr),1hr candle the pending orders should be on the first 1mn candle or 5mn candle, 15mn candle should be on the first 1mn candle or 5mn, and the last one is 5mn candle the pending orders should be on 1sec candle or 1mn candle... 

 stop loss should be an option from the setting of the robot and pips should be 100pips on each pending order

Also take profit should be with 2 options either robot should take profit when the candle closed or it should be 3X of the recovering zone...so i need mt4 and 5 bot
