Multi Time Frame / Symbol FVG Scanner

Hi,

I would require an indicator (scanner) for MT5 that alerts me to

• fair value gaps on up to 5 time frames on 3 symbols. 
• the scanner should be on standby (should not alert me) unless price has reached a certain price level.
• this price level will be entered in the GUI.
• I would like to define that only bullish or bearish FVG's are alerted per symbol
• At the beginning there will be no alerts. Once price hits the price level of the first symbol the scanner should alert me only of bullish or bearish FVG's of this symbol. The others should still not be triggered until the price levels of the
  other symbols are hit.
• The scanner need to alert me via via audio, push notification and email if selected in Indicator setting to a fair value gap that has been created on any timeframes that I have previously selected in the settings.

The indicator need to monitor up to 5 time frames and alert me as soon as a FVG has been created. I am not interested when a FVG has been touched or mitigated. It is the FVG creation I am interested at the time it happens.

The GUI should be able to be placed in the four corners (preferably bottom left) of the chart as I am having a Trade Manager GUI at the top left on the chart.

Finally I would like to have a restart button. If an FVG has been alerted I would like to be able to reset it. 

This should be a simple indicator and not be loaded with fancy gimmicks.
