Hello, 

I am looking to develop an indicator that can be applied to all timeframes on MT4 includes the following:

1) Live Indicator Window under the price chart that shows per candle: Volume, Pips moved (i want to be able to choose between OHLC), Ratio (I want to be able to choose color coding if ratio changes by xxx make it red)

2) Alerts to be sent after candle close if ratio exceeds xxx

3) Alerts to telegram

4) I want to be able to choose the active hours of this indicator 


This is for MT4.
