Someone that can set up my small private email system

Request for possible assistance in setting up a simple email system for me private./to change my existing one.

I have been client with GoDaddy for many years now.

I now need to simplify my email situation.

I just want my 4 email adresses that I always had placed with GoDaddy set up for simple use:

Just to receive and send emails, and no website connected to the emails. I do not need website anymore. 

I have my main email traffic traffic on alferik@poloexecutive.com (sending maybe 2 email per day and receiving maybe 10 emails per day plus receiving maybe up to 50 spam emails a day.  (I now use MailWasher to solve the spam situation)

The other 3 email adresses receives or send out near to no emails at all.

More information:

1).  I am a user of a website for my earlier activities with a phone system. That is closed now. So this type of active hosting is to expensive when I am not using the services at all.

2).  I have in this hosting connection with the same hosting company my email server as well. I need to scale down, as I pay 175 USD per year as “rent” for these services to: Bluehost. I think this is nearly as throwing money away…

3).  My email addresses is registered and 10 years ago purchased with GoDaddy. The emails are still there as GoDaddy as the main registrar for my 4 domain names that I have there.

4).  My idea is to close all activity at the Bluehost, and then just have the 4 email addresses hosted on more economic hosting. Then finalize the 2 of the 4 hosted at GoDaddy. These 4 addresses now have 2 of them with no traffic at all, and 2 with very little traffic only for my personal use only. For me it is really enough that alferik@poloexecutive.com and alferik@forexsecure.net is active for in and out, and maybe if possible, the 2 other addresses can be included in a simpler way?

5).  I wanted to have all my old emails saved in a folder (around  300 mb or so) so I can access them when my new hosting is up. (if this is possible? Maybe you can find a way to make this possible?) I am also using at my PC computer now "Mailbird" email program.

6). This means that I will end up with a simple solution like 2 email accounts for in and outgoing emails, and 4 emails like before registered at GoDaddy. Then some place (If possible at GoDaddy or other place), you need to find for me a right price suitable email hosting for very small traffic, and no websites at all. Maybe GoDaddy is OK solution? Sounds easy to have all in 1 place?

I have all logins here as you can se to GoDaddy and to Bluehost. (send to you with Requirement Specification)

Your advices will be appreciated, and I hope you can do this job for me now. I am not doing this kind of email installations, so I am not there, but only as user :)
