Market Data Statistics Indicator

I want to build an indicator or EA that calculates the statistics on an instrument, and show the statistical distribution of the calculated sample statistics. The statistics will be based on Open high low close of a candle.

I want the right to the EA and the source code

• I want to be able to change to different timeframes and get the statistics on those time frame.
• When i apply the indicator to intraday timeframe, i want to be able to choose from the indicator settings, what times/Hour of the day to use in calculating the statistics. Eg, On 1 hout chart, i can check the statistics on 9:00, 10:00,11:00,12:00 candles. Or 8:00, 12:00, 16:00 candles on the 4 hour chart.
• I want to be able to change the look back period./ The number of candles used in the calculation of the Average ATR, Close - Open, the statistics that is displayed.
• I want the indicator to draw a line at the opening price of the candle on the chosen time frame, draw a line that is 33% of the ATR of the timeframe candle, above and below the opening price of every new candles.
• Draw a Line that shows the ATR of the current candle above and below price. That is, how far the current candle is expected to move. It should take into account how much price have moved already.

These information will be displayed in a dashboard/dialogue box, and updates in realtime.
