Conversion Of Indicator From MT4 to MT5

Hi, I have one indicator for MT4 and it is working fine as I need. Now I want to convert it into MT5 version. The basic idea is that 

I put a starting date in one box, symbol in second box, number of lots in 3 box, per point value in 4th box. Indicator generate a virtual equity from starting minute till current date and time and shows it in 5th box and before this, it shows the starting price also, which I set by date and time and it calculate from that time. It pick's the price from starting minute candle, and minus it from current price and then multiply with per point value and then multiply it with number of lots  and shows it as virtual equity in one box. In this way, indicator have 6 rows. After that indicator shows the spread in next 15 rows. This spread is between row 1 and row 2, row 1, and row 3, row 1 and row 4, row 1 and row 5, row 1 and row 6, then same as row 2 till 6, then row 3 till 6, then row 4 till 6 then row 5 till 6. You could understand it by picture and by source file. The one and only thing which i need more that I want one setting that if I will choose the rows less than six, it will add same spread rows , not 15. For example, if in section one, I set to show six row, then maximum spread rows we can create 15. If we set 3 rows to show in section 1, then maximum spread rows we need 3 (row 1, row 2, row 1 row 3, row 2 row 3) so indicator will add only 3 rows for spread, not 15. In this version, I don't have this settings and because of this it opens all table at chart 6+15 rows.  Please check and give me your own budget offer if you think budget is not so good. Thanks
