I need a programmer that can build an EA that will open trade when MA cross happens

EA that will open trade when two MA cross happens plus an engulfing candle spotted.

The SL will be the bottom of the Engulfing candle if it is a bearish engulfing and the Take Profit will be determined by me(in pips).

The SL will be the Top of the Engulfing candle if it is a Bullish engulfing Candle and the Take Profit will be determined by me(in Pips)

There should room to input an Expiration date on the EA.

The EA should have a password for security reasons.
