I need a TMA to be converted

Indicator convertion 

MQ4 to MQ5 indicator: TMA

setting to be added:

Time frame must have a selection: 1min ( timeframe selection)

Look back period: 2000( so indicaotor will show in the past period)

Signal: true/false (if false no signal will be show on chart)

mobile push notification :  true/false (if it s not yet there to be added and make sure notification true/false added..if false then no notification whats ever)
