CRM and Account Metrix/Client Portal Creation For Prop Firm

We require a client portal to be built from essentially the ground up for our new forex prop firm. Please see the images attached of examples of similar dashboards (more examples can be provided on request). Below are most of the requirements we require for our client portal. One of the main areas of focus will be ensuring the performance/account history from both MT4 & MT5 accounts is synced correctly to our account metrix dashboard. 

This can be done by using an API such as your own ideas or one from metaapi.cloud. We also require the option of demo accounts created from brokers manually to be added/synced to our account metrix. Please only apply if you have similar experience. After this project is completed we will likely have further work and regular upgrades so there is the chance to have more regular work from us long term.

As well as the above notes we require the below:

• CRM system with support tickets/messaging system enabled
• Affiliate area where affiliates can request payouts (this can be within the main client portal it doesn't have to be separate)
• Affiliate tiered commission system where they receive a higher percentage of commission based on X amount of sales.
• Traders able to request payouts
• An admin side payout/transaction history system where we can see previous payouts of both traders and affiliates – ideally which is then able to be viewed on for example a monthly basis.
• A sales vs payout type admin dashboard where we can view earnings from challenges vs payouts ideally based on a monthly basis
• Some trader/affiliate transaction history shown to them so they can see previous/lifetime payouts to them
• Some chart – for example a pie chart showing how many challenges have been purchased with the total percentage/number of failed and successful challenges shown
• KYC uploads (traders able to upload ID documents - it would be good if this could be partnered with some KYC automation such as SumSub/Jumio)
• Rule breach/violation automation where traders who break rules automatically receive a custom email and their accounts closed
• Traders able to purchase more challenges within the client portal with the option to use promo/discount codes
• Certificates able to be downloaded for successful traders
• Internal flagging system for example that flags the same trades being taken from different accounts, users using the same IP address etc
• Able to update personal preferences such as changing passwords
• Mobile friendly
