WordPress "Unresponsive script"

Hello to all professional; 

I recently hire a contractor create a custom WordPress theme, but I'm experiencing a script error. I need someone with experience to correct this error. 

I'm including the actual screenshot of the issue. I'm also, including a note from iPage tech support. 


It looks like a script in your theme is overloading the browser when the page tries to load. After disabling the theme, the website was functioning with no issue. I have re enabled the theme for now. The memory limit and max execution time are currently set at the maximum value that our hosting allows. Please re create/fix your theme to resolve this issue.
