I need someone who could develop a very good binary options indicator(non repaint).I actually do not have a strategy or something just your experience would help plus a video of an indicator i once used and can no longer reach the owner.Below are some of the screenshots i took from a video of the indicator ..i really don't know if you can get the conditions of the non repaint arrows from the screenshot, i love the indicator.. 

i would appreciate if you can help me bring back exactly these arrows, yes it's works best for 3minutes expiry
