I want to recode an Indicator from TradingView to MT4

I have bought an Indicator for TradingView. Since I don't like and don't know the platform, I need someone to recode it to MT4. I want the indicator to trigger an alarm for a trading signal and to show 3 TP-Levels and a SL-Level.
