License system for MT4 expert advisor

Hello developers,

I want the license System to manage EA licenses. 

Each license should only work for 1 Account.

Able to login website or software where i can add and delete licenses for an EA. The EA will need the license as a parameter, only then with a valid  license it will be possible to trade. The license system will check if the license is valid.

It should work on mt4.

Within the web panel, I need the capability to activate and deactivate licenses, with the following features:

Server protection (Licenses Management):

I can add / remove / edit clients and products

I can stop (disable/enable) the MQL project from server 

I can set a trial period for every client and product.
