Hi there, I'm looking for a dev able to do the followings : 


- Connect to a Telegram account using the phone number + verification code sent to Telegram.

- Once connected, create a group with my Telegram Bot.

- Extract the channels in which the user is present.

- For certain channels only (selected by the user), messages sent in these channels will automatically be sent to the group we just created.
