Need to Redevelop my Old Bot with Advanced Server Time Feature

I have a Bot-Timed which has 2 modes it works on manual Mode means 1st trade has to be opened by me and timing Mode(On/Off) which starts the Trade automatically at the Current Market Price . But timing Mode has multiple Problems which needed to be Rectified . Following are the situations - 

1.

• Present Situation-  The moment i Switch Server Start time "ON" bot automatically starts at any time.

• Required Solution - I want the Bot to execute at the specified time only . Example - If i set server start time at 4:00 then it should execute only "ONCE" at 4:00 .

• Present Situation- The momenent Server Time- Close order is triggered at specified time it closes the pending orders only but not the open position .
• 
  
• Required Solution- The moment Server Time- Close order timing is triggered it should close all the orders and give fresh Chart no position.

3.

• Present Situation- The moment i click "Close All" Button it fails to close all the orders when Server start trade time is Switched on.
• 
  
• Required Solution- The moment i Click "Close All" Button it should be capable to close all Orders . Switch off the server start time as well as Switch of Close Order time and give fresh chart no position .

Overall Theme- Since i want to put this bot on VPS with no manual intervention . I want this Bot to execute at exactly the Specified time , Here example - 4:00 and close exactly at 22:00 . And again the next day it should start exactly at 4:00 and the close exactly at 22:00 . This cycle keep on reapeating everyday .

Note- I have 2 Bot . 1- Project 5_1.1 It has source code available for manual mode only . 2.  Advanced bot- Timed with Timing feature implemented but i dont have source code for this bot. You are supposed to make Project 5_1.1 exactly same as advaced Bot - Timed with timing feature installed and above described Problems rectifed .
