I can pay upto 100$

I need a food prop firm e.a ( mt4 ) that I bought  from someone,  the e.a is good , its used in trading prop firms... So how it does that , if you connect it with 10,000$ account it will automatically  use 0.10 lot size  , if yoh connect it to 20,000$ account it will use 0.20 lot size automatically..  so here is what I need.. I need a good programmer  with good experience,  To help me change the automatic settings... I want to put My lot size manually  , and also I want  to add more confirmation  that the e.a will see before taking any trade . But the most important  stuff I need , is changing the automatic lot size.. I want to be able to use 0.05 lot size on 10,000$ account
