Experti advisor based on 3 simple indicators and tp, sl fixed

I need to create an expert advisor for metatrader4 that opens trades when you line up the 3 indicators all together at the end of the same candle, or in the next candle, with these settings (5 minute time interval): Stochastic settings: %K Length 5 %K Smoothing 5 %D Smoothing 1 Rsi Settings: Period rsi 14 Period sma 9 Stc Settings: Period 12 Fast length 26 Slow length 50 Must enter a long position when the stochastic crosses upward to level 25 and rsi crosses upward to the sma line and stc is green. Must enter a short position when stochastic crosses downward to level 75 and rsi crosses downward to the sma line and stc is colored red. These 3 indicators must all align together at the end of the same candle or at most at the end of the next candle to open a position. The take profit will always be 16.5 pips The stoploss will always be 11 pipS Risk 0.50%
