An EA that operates at certain times of the day and uses a Fair Value Gap indicator for entries

I need an EA built that uses elements of the "silver bullet" ICT strategy. 

On the 1 Minute chart (with the option to change to 3 or 5 mintue) I need it to look for the FIRST Fair Value Gap in the direction of what the Momentum indicator that is based on the 30 Min chart was at the start of the trading hour. Meaning if the momentum indicator is above 0 then only look for Buy Fair Value Gaps and vice versa.

Add a pending buy/sell limit at that the top of that FVG for buys and the bottom of that level for sells.

Trade must enter within the trading hour but can continue on after the hour is finished for it to close at the stop loss or take profit.

2 trading sessions per day. Between 3am-4am NY time and 10am-11am NY time with adjustments made for Daylight savings times in AUS and the US.

Mainly working on the S&P500 with a take profit and stop loss of 5 handles but also on Forex pairs 10-20 pip SL/TP
