Create custom plugin (for MT4 indicators) for CAP ZONE RECOVERY EA

Dear Developpers, 

I have 2 custom indicators on MT4 with the source code. The indicators work fine. I use those 2 indicators to manually provide a BuyStop or SellStop price to CAP ZONE RECOVERY EA. I use CAP ZONE RECOVERY EA to manage the position. 

My problems : 1) I need to automatise the process, 2) I need to provide 2 different prices: one for BuyStop and another for Buysell with a "One Cancel the Other (OCO)" feature. 

Therefore, I need to build a custom PlugIn using the custom indicators 1&2 and CAP ZONE RECOVERY EA. 

Custom indicator1 is based on the ACD system of Mark B Fisher. Custom indicator2 is the Pivot 3days. 

1. The idea of the trading system is as follows: Intial Trade is triggered when the market passes an "entry price" identified by the custom indicator1.

Custom Indicator 1 provides 2 different "entry prices" : one for BuyStop and another for SellStop. When BuyStop is triggered then SellStop should be cancelled and vice and versa.

In addition, if custom Indicator2 (pivot 3day) is too close above (BuyStop) or below (SellStop) Indicator1 then no trade. 

2. "Entry Prices" are determined based on a formula calculated during a predetermined time period. Indicator1 is fully adaptable with respect to the time period used. 

For instance : with the 5 minutes screen the predefined period id first 5 minutes of a given market opening (for instance US Forex market).

Flexibility : I need the possibility to add additional bps on top of the "entry price" calculated by Indicator1 (eg: entry price + 200bps) 

3. Trading Signals : 

• BuyStop signal: the market crosses the "entry price for buy stop" (Indicator 1) and 3-day Pivot (Indicator 2) is below or above the "entry price" by more than XXXbps.
• SellStop signal: the market crosses the "entry price for sell stop" (Indicator 1) and 3-day Pivot (Indicator 2) is above or below the "entry price" by more than XXXbps. 
• One Inital Trade Cancel the Other

I need the Plug-In to be reliable. I need to use the Plug-In and CAP ZONE RECOVERY EA on several Pairs in the same time.
