Conversion tradingview code to mql5

First I want to conversion this pinscripte code to mql5 and if it work as it is in tradingview so we will go next for big step I'll. i don't understand programming language but it will be good if it looks like the code i wanted .. it will be nice if u can help me and I will appreciate it
