EA (expert Advisor) for indices (CFD indices)

The expert advisor should be able to open only one position in a stock Index and close it at the same day based on the below :

1. Calculate the fluctuation of the stock-index between Time A and Time B (prices at different H1 candles)
2. If the fluctuation (%) of the index is above > the Y% (threshold %) then place Buy order at specific Time B + X seconds 
3. If the fluctuation % is below < the X% (threshold %) then place Sell order at specific Time B + X seconds
4. When time = Time C
5. If Open Position's Profit/Loss as % is above > the Z% (threshold %) then Close the Open Position
6. When time = Time D then close the Open Position (or close any/all open position)
7. The Buy or Sell order size (Lots) should be dynamically calculated as Account Balance x Risk % x Index Price x FX rate x Contract Size
8. Take profit % and Stop Loss % also would be included in the trade Order as %
9. The Open Position's percentage Profit/Loss (in step Number 5) should be calculated as 
• For a Buy Order: (Index Price at Time C / Index Price at Time B + X seconds) - 1
• For a Sell Order: ((Index Price at Time C / Index Price at Time B + X seconds) - 1) * -1

Other Important Notes:

• The EA should only allow one position to open & close per day and should not be working on Saturdays and Sundays. 
• All bold words are Inputs (Time A, Time B, Time C, Time D, X seconds, X% threshold, Y% threshold, Z% threshold)
• Inputs should also include: Risk %, FX rate (for foreign indices), Contract Size and Min Lot, Take profit% and Stop Loss%
