Hi,

I am looking for a source code to use it as a template to implement my own strategy

Preferable:
- Time filters (certain hours and/or days of the week)
- Good risk management
- News filter more than one source is preferred, and need to be back testable with a CSV file
- Break-even and trailing stops

MQL5 is preferable but mql4 will be considered as well 

Not looking for licensing or protection as I need this for my personal use, no plans to resell
