Converting a Tradingview Strategy into an automated trading EA MT4

I want to convert a TradingView Strategy into an automated trading EA in MT4. The trading view strategy script can be provided for conversion. The trading view strategy is based on Heiken Ashi and EMAs. Multiple Time Frame checks from indicators are involved. The strategy has many input parameters settings which can be customized those must be present as inputs in the EA. On top of that since this will be a robot so it must also include simple money management (Stop Loss/ Take Profit/ Lot Size calc based on Balance). Details can be aligned on offline. The developer should be able to covert the strategy from Pinescript to MT4 EA. It is only 30 lines in Pinescript.

Successful Completion Criteria:

The strategy must open trades similar to the times when it opens in TradingView. Results will be compared.

The strategy opens a trade before bar close thereby checking for a trade at every tick and not at bar close.

Only one trade can be opened at a time. Buy or sell. Not both. Example - If a buy signal changes to sell. Buy trade should close and sell trade should be opened.

Allow for manual intervention of trade closure. If a trade is closed manually it should not continue to reopen the trade in same direction. (Wait for a new signal)

Simple money management (Stop Loss/ Take Profit/ Lot Size)

MQ4 and EX4 files should be provided at successful closure of this project.
