Expert to extract mt4 data to CSV

I want an EA developed that extracts data from a backtest period and prints it in excel format.

The user will set a start and end date for the backtest and the EA will collect the data and save it as a CSV or XLS  file.

EA inputs

DST: -1

March 12 if (input =-1) you reduce all time inputs by 1 hour.eg; If "opening time uses 14:30  you use 13:30.  November 5th restore back to normal.  if  opening time is 14:30  you keep 14:30.

Daylight time change

Day start time:  23:00

Day End time: 21:00

Overnight Start: 23:00

Overnight End: 14:30

opening time: 14:30

The data to extract is the following.

1- previous day range. (in pips) This is not the range using MT4 daily candles but the day start/End time input in the EA.

2- previous Overnight Range(in pips);  Uses Overnight start / overnight end times

3- Previous day low (price)

4-previous day high (price)

5-Overnight low (price)

6-Overnight High(price)

7-Previous day candle,

 If the price at day start  time is higher than the price at day End time =  Day bear 

 If the price at day start  time is lower than the price at day End time = Day Bull

8-Overnight Bull/Bear,

If the price at overnight start  time is higher than the price at overnight End time =  night bear 

If the price at overnight start  time is lower than the price at overnight End time = night Bull

9: opening time price. (extract price at opening time.)

10 opening 15m range. (Measure the range from 14:30 (opening time) to 14:45  in pips.)

11-day of the week. (Just print calendar day of week.)
