Development of an expert advisor on MT4/MT5 dedicated to scalping that operates using Bill Williams indicators with simple editable parameters.

Strategy details:

Instructions on opening orders, managing and closing orders (user modifiable) will be communicated after the agreement. (file with instructions is ready to be attached)

The EA will need to be able to be tested.
