Arbitrage with Autoclick between Java Platform ( API) and MT4

Hi 

I am looking for experience programmer who has experience in Autoclick software . My project is to make an arbitrage autoclicker software that will run on my broker ( JAVA / Web platfform - I will PM the broker ). The Java Broker will be slave broker , while any MT4 broker will be the master . The software will compare price between Java Broker ( with fix API) and mt4 broker as the master. Whenever there is a latency gap, software will click on BUY or SELL and of course detect profit or loss and click on CLOSE button. This is the main idea of the software. So, the work include : collecting real time price feed from Slave broker ( Java platform with API ), compare with real time data from Master ( MT4 broker ), Detect GAP, then Autoclick to certain BUY / SELL, detect profit or loss then Autoclick the close Button. Of course with minimal time lag between comparing data and autoclick . 

I hope my explanation is quite clear . Budget for this project is 400-500. To make it simple I can send you the price reader from Master ( MT4 broker ) . And I hope it will be ready for maximum 6 days.
