Looking for someone to write a MT5 indicator and expert advisor based on my requirement.

Hello this is my third request here , am looking for someone that can do this work , i have 2 mt4 indicators i can find the source code for 1 but i dont think i can find the source code for the other , what i want to do is to combine the two indicators into 1 indicator that shows arrow signal based on the rules and it should be lightweight and not lag and the main single arrow indicator should not be dependant on the other 2 .

then i will also need an expert advisor based on the arrow rules expert advisor will be on mt5 / mt4 arrow indicator will be on mt5 /mt4

now based on pricing for the work we can decide to take the work one after the other to reduce cost but i would like to start off with converting the 2 mt4 indicators to mt5 and creating an expert advisor on mt5 , if you can do this signify  please.
