Expert Advisor For Closing All open Trades at specific level in percentage or digit mode and if need could open same in opposite direction with same valium

I need one very simple expert adviser. I will open trades manually in my MT5 account. I will have option to close all open trades at specific level. This level will be in account balance percentage or in digit format. I also want to option that either I want to close all open trades or some selected instruments? And also that I want to only close these instruments or also want to open same instruments again in opposite direction.

1   - Close all open trades at level   %   or  00000    (both options I need but will use 1 at a time)     Yes/No

2   - Close These selected instruments only at level    %     or   00000       yes/no

Note : ( here I need to fill boxes with selected open trades or instruments symbol from total open instruments)   

3   - Close selected trades and re open in opposite direction with same volume. Selected trade closing and reversal level in percentage     in   digit     or in total balance. Any option I can use

4- All trades orders will place at same time either these are for close only or reopen also in opposite direction.  

5   - Expert will place order and if there is missing or order not filled, it will try again and again until order filled. And in same way, when it will place order in opposite direction with same volume, it will try again and again until order filled. I explain this because some time I place the new order or order for liquidation but I received OFF QUOTE message and then I have to place order again. Second, when market price of any instrument not moves more than 2 seconds, it becomes freeze mode and then if I try to place order, I receive invalid price message or off quote message. I only want to guaranty that if I select the option to open trades in opposite direction of selected instruments, these should fill must.

6   - Email alert for any activity of expert advisor must with short description.

7   - If possible, mobile fone sms sending facility of any activity by expert advisor

8   - It will read market closing hours and will place orders only in open market time. Will not try in closed market.

9- It will give option to slippage points for any order, so that I could set it at small slippage in fast market.
