EA for SL/TP/TS

I would like an EA for Stop Loss, Take Profit and Trailing Stop (SL/TP/TS). Each of them with a parameter (which I can change) for number of pips/points.

First SL with X points; when actual price is X points more/less then price for buying/selling then SL with X points.

f.e. immediately when ordered, SL is 500 points lower than order price; when actual price is 100 points more than order price, SL is changed in 5 points more than order price.
