Expert Advisor with certain parameters to be met, developer has a lot of freedom in this project as long as the goal is achieved

Hello EA coders,

I am looking for a developer/EA maker that can provide me with a bot. The bot will need to be completely hands off so no human interaction is needed once setup.
It will need to be able to achieve the following:

-4% max daily dd
-5 max DD from starting capital
-steady profit 8+ % monthly

This will be not only used for a prop firm but also for a huge idea of mine which I can explain with the right developer since don't want to share publicly.
If all goes well I'm more than happy to provide many more projects and also we can manage the bots and projects together so the teamwork can be longer term for the bigger projects.
This will be compensated and depending on the results I can do a profit share (this will also be explained in a personal conversation.)
