Need some help with modification to indicator and creating a labels/objects on the chart

Rules: 

1. Create a text label when the line is broken ( check screenshot )
2. Create a Zone using the last bullish or bearish candle before the break candle 
3. Should able to see lower timeframe zones inside higher timeframe
4. Alert when price re enter inside the zone
5. Panel from where i can choose the timeframes
6. alert and notifications
