I have an EA with the logic working properly but I need a pop up notification to to sound when conditions are first met and only again once the conditions become false then true again


What my ea currently does is notifies me when every 30 min while condition is true. for example if usdcad is true from 1000 to 1200 it notifies me at 1030 1100 1130 THIS IS NOT WHAT I NEED TO HAPPEN



WHAT I NEED my EA To do is notify me when the condition first becomes true and again if it becomes false then true again.  For example EURUSD is true from 0800 to 1000 then True from 1100 to 1400 and true from 2000 to 0100.  During that time I should have got only 3 Alerts at 0800 1100 and 2000 when conditions first become true. 


The alert should work on current candle or candle close 

I have attached the EA for review.
