I looking to have a trade alert indicator built for me.

First the chart setup.  I use candlesticks. I have an 8 period exponential moving average and a 3 period exponential. I use a 12,3,3 setting on the Stochastic Indicator. My signal line is red the other line green

I would like the alert to follow multiple time periods, 15 minute, 1 hour, and one day. I would want to be able to follow up to 15 pairs simultaneously. I want the ability to imput  and select the pairs I want to follow.

I would like an alert station built showing all pairs for the selected time period. Each pair would have two indicator lights next to it, a red (for Sell) and a green (for Buy) If the trade protocol is met in the previous period the indicator lights for one period. 

In addition to the alert station light I would like an audible alarm with the ability to activate or deactivate and an e-mail alert with on or off capability.

Protocol for the alert.  A trade alert would be activated when the following occurs.

Buy Signal when these 3 things occur. 1. The candlestick closes above the 8 exponential moving average.  2. The 3 period exponential moving average crosses above the 8 period exponential moving average. The Stochastic green line has crossed above the red signal line. When a signal is activated a green arrow pointing up will appear on the chart below the candle that activated the alert

Sell Signal when these 3 things occur. . The candlestick closes below the 8 exponential moving average.  2. The 3 period exponential moving average crosses below the 8 period exponential moving average. The Stochastic green line has crossed below the red signal line. When a signal is activated a Red arrow pointing down will appear on the chart above the candle that activated the alert.
